I usually do one every second day - but schedule difficulties this week (football - training Wednesday / needing to rest for a final on Saturday) mean I have to change some of that - I'm also off all week so thought I could up my frequency;
I just did Saturday and Sunday, I'm thinking about doing the same workout today and tomorrow, training Wednesday, another workout Thursday then rest till Saturday?
Basically it's Full-Body Workout four days in a row, a training session, then another FBW. Is this overdoing it? My aim is to gain muscle-mass.
I've never done full body workouts in my life until a few weeks ago. I'm only doing it for 8 weeks but anyway...
Mon-Chest, back, arms, legs, shoulders
Tues-HIIT and abs
Wed-Chest, back, arms, legs, shoulders
Thurs-long duration cardio and abs
Fri-Chest, back, arms, legs, shoulders
Sat-I play some sort of sport
and I've actually been making decent gains. I've noticed I'm getting leaner but getting stronger too. Not so much mass, but I've got a better "pop" in my chest and quads.
