Lol, are you people aware that you can only gain around 0.5lb of muscle every week? That comes out to around half of that (4lbs.) if he trains perfectly.

oouch haha I deserve that... I stopped working out months ago and started drinking alot and sometimes eating 1 time a day... I went from 165lbs 10%bf to 151lbs and now 160lbs 14%bf.... I gained some fat and lost muscle. This year is going to be different.
