Best HGH Supplement?
Just getting into hardcore lifting and I'm starting to take supplements in addition to just cytogainer and creatine. I've heard alot of good stuff about HGH and I'm looking for a good place to start. Any suggetsions?

take a whey supp, a multi, creatine, and thats it.
dont do all that extra stuff.I rep back.

there is no hgh supplement they are all scams. The only real hgh is injectable and it is very expensive.
