Sudden pain in head and eye

I was about 2min into some jump rope yesterday, nowhere near out of breath when all of a sudden I got this sharp pain on the upper left side of my skull and it ran forward into my eye. the pain started to subside rather quickly and became a dull ache. today i can tell there is a dull pain there but its not like a head ache or anyting. It just doesnt seam like its anyting big.
Any one have a idea whats going on?

if youve been working out hard......and i mean HARD!!! and youve deprived yourself of water. look i carry 2ltrs of water with me every training session and its gone by the end. DDDRRRIIINNNNNKKKK WAAAATTTTEEERRRR LOL
and yea...if your pain persists, see a doctor
