Changing Reps

So normally I do 4 sets of every exercise and i do reps of 15,12,10, and as many as possible on the fourth set? I'm thinking of maybe switching to a higher rep and lower weight alternative? I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on a possible new plan because Im not sure on what exactly I should do? Any advice is greatly appreciated! thanks

What are you trying to accomplish? Adding size and strength or slim down and tighten?

i dont really want to add size... im happy with my size and weight so im just trying to maintain pretty much

I like doing 3 sets consisting of 1 set of 7 reps, 1 x 15 reps, and 1 x 30 reps, in that order. To adapt it to 4 sets, you might try 1x7, 1x14, 1x20, and 1 x 30.

Reps low (1-6) for strength or reps high (20+) for endurance. Everything between is generally for hypertrophy (size).
