Lump in Testicle/Gambling with my life (srs)

I am from the uk, but am in America at the moment for 3 months until early march. I found a lump in my testicle about 10 days ago. I cant afford to have an ultrasound done as i have no insurance here and I really dont want to cut my trip short and fly home. So i had blood tests done for afp, hcg and ldh apparently 80% of testicular cancer cases will show up on these tests. Only 4% of lumps are cancerous, and I also have no other symptons.

The blood tests came back normal, i feel pretty happy now to wait till march when i go back to the uk to get an ultrasound done. What do people think?

(I was also about to get some dymethazine but really cant do be doing anything like that now untill i get checked out properly.)

Dont be a moron go doctors and let them have a feel (no homo), thats what i did and they can potentially put your mind at rest. I did this scared myself ****less to find out i had a vein on my testicle and part of it made a lump....
