novedex xt dosing

im currently on a cycle of halodrol liquigels and will be finishing that up in a couple weeks. i know pct is not needed for them but i have never tried xt before and i have liked all other gaspari products so i thought id give them a go after this cycle. my question is would starting at 1 cap be ideal for my stats? if i did should i only use it for 30 days?

why?????? "it does not aromatize into any type of estrogen"........what would be the point other than wasting money?
