I'm done with PH's for a few years

I have done a couple cycles, PH's work, no doubt about it, but I feel that my hormone system is still a little screwed up, and yes I did proper PCT's. I had to stop my last cycle after 10 days because of joint pain (the compoind was too dry for me) My libido is most def out of whack too

I strongly caution all of the early 20's people like myself whoa are eager to jump on a cycle of whatever product, they work, but at what cost??? I should have waited a few more years. I am going to stick to products that increase natural production instead of suppresing it, I was thinking Mass FX and Hyperdrole x2, still debating on weather or not to do a 4 week or an 8 week cycle, any suggestions?

Bro I've been looking into these a lot myself and if it messed you up like that my advice would be just stick to the basics and leave that stuff alone. We're still way too young to be messing around with our bodies like that. Creatine will do just as good a job for us and with no lifelong price to pay. Just my 2 cents.

I completely agree with you, I am def not going to touch another pro hormone for a looong time. I am just going to stick to natty test boosters and the basics. I have screwed myself up thats for sure. I just wish I knew then what I know now

Agreed with the OP, I played around with the stuff as well, and often question the long term effects. My blood work is fantastic, but my libido isn't what it used to be.

Curious as to what you ran for PCT?

I'm not a fan of reversitol or post cycle support in the least. Also, I wouldn't touch Nolva unless it was pharma grade in blister packs... I'll go nowhere near the research stuff.

The sad truth of the matter is; no 2 people will respond to these chemicals identically. This is the harsh reality of the PH/DS world. That's why it's widely considered risk/ reward. I wish you the best in your recovery

There are many aspects that are NEVER talked about on this board. For instance, the fact that in a state of low estrogen, the thyroid becomes dominant, and antagonizes the pancreas.

I feel as though most of the information on this board in regards to the use of AAS/PH's is pitiful. The absolute worst is the recommendation to use trans-res during PCT... as it literally no research behind it showing it to be a worthwhile supp in healthy males.

There is one study (in humans mind you) that showed increases in estrogen using t-res.

I haven't tried either of those..I usually use bulk trans res, I3C, tbooster, and Nolva.

I always have my nolva prescribed to me.

Theres much more than just gyno....acne, hair loss, testicular atrophy, prostate swelling, high bp, aggression, cholesterol problems, bad lipid profile, cramps/pumps, lethargy, sleeplessness, organ pain, as well as others. But there are preventative steps that can be taken to drastically reduce the chance of having any of these problems, and having a safe and effective cycle.

It's pitiful, some people run a single cycle of H-Drol and the next thing you know they are PH gurus copy/pasting all of the info they can find.
