Been there done that. Add 5lb a workout, not 10... ever.

got some major gains though. Make sure you drink a gallon of milk a day along with food.

    edit:

IDK what your thinking with 20-30lb of LBM, thats retarted brah. I gained a solid 15-20lb, with hopefully 10-15 was muscle, and thats a guess.

I usually do 15-20 reps every time I squat. Legs need the high volume. DO IT

Ease into the program with ~ 20 lbs less than your 10 RM. Drink teh gallon of milk each day. Overeat by an insane amount. Buy bigger clothes. Enjoy the elevator ride to hell.

You'd be lucky to gain 20-30 lbs of muscle in a year, with perfect diet and training. Not in 6 weeks.

Well it doesn't really offer 20-30, more like 10-40.

OP have fun on this routine, apparently nobody who's tried it has made anything less than astounding grainz. Make a log for it on here, I'd like to sea how it goes.

I might do this...I really wanted a full body workout. Can you pm me a link with more details? I will replace the pullovers with incline or something. And can I lower the reps? 8 is too high.

Currently doing it (slightly different, however). Only two sessions a week, and different accessory exercises. And it's got a different rep scheme for the other axercises. Just got done with 210x20.

You're not gunna want to replace the pullovers, they're there as a cool-down exercise.

You could mess with the reps of all the accessory exercises, but you're not going to want to go heavy (You'll understand).

Yeah I've done the program, and it's the hardest program ever. Made some awesome gains though, more than with any other routine.
