anyone else wanna try the 20 rep squat program?
squat 3x a week with adding 5-10lbs each workout
ex of workout:
squat 1x20
pull overs 2x20
benchpress 3x8
bb row 3x8
this workout monday,wednesday, friday for 6 weeks with good nutrition claims to gain 20-30lbs of lbm in those 6 weeks

Been there done that. Add 5lb a workout, not 10... ever.
got some major gains though. Make sure you drink a gallon of milk a day along with food.

IDK what your thinking with 20-30lb of LBM, thats retarted brah. I gained a solid 15-20lb, with hopefully 10-15 was muscle, and thats a guess.NASM CPT
