mobo/psu problem?

Lately, my computer had been restarting out of no where (no BSOD). It didnt get really loud and overheat, it just randomly restarted, regardless if i'm watching a video, playing a game, or even if i'm in safe mode. It tends to do it less after I leave it off for a long time, so maybe it is a heat issue? I dusted inside the case just to make sure. Yesterday, I finally got the BSOD, so i opened my case and started checkingg everything one by one. I took out my video card and booted it up, but the same problem kept happening. I did notice that something had jammed the fan on the card and it hadnt been spinning. When I plugged the video card back into the mobo to see if the jamming was the problem, but now the computer wont turn on. There's a working LED on the mobo that lights up, but the computer wont boot up.
