Animal Pump question

I've taken Pump for a while and love it. I also take Torrent as my PWS. I'm in the gym four days a week. Should I take the pump on my off days? I obviously don't take Torrent on my non-workout days.

you can take it on your off days (minus the red pill, if you so choose); some take it only on training days and supplement with bulk mono on off-days.

for what it's worth, when i run it, i take it continuously.

Yes take it on your off days. If you don't, you can take a bulk creatine product on OFF days and continue PUMP for your training days.

I only take pump on training days, on non training days I take Storm. Can't beat the price for 80 servings.
