Unhappy About Loose Skin

Hi guys this is neeraj.

i have a concern it will be great if i get some help from u guys.,.

2 years back i was around 120 kg's then i dropped weight with stern exercise and diet, and i was able to make the drop up to 35 kg;s in 4 months.

now i am around 84 kg;s height 5'11 i want to drop more weight but now i have loose skin at my abdomen and obliques thats y i am scared to drop more weight and carry more loose skin...

is there anything which can be done now...i feel like my whole effort is going waste.

please help me out.

I'm kinda in the same boat bro. Loose skin will tighten up as you get smaller.. provided you're losing weight the healthy way and not just dropping 10lbs a week lol

I think you just need to get to an even lower BF% and then see if its still there when you're around 10% if so maybe surgery will be a last resort.

yes bro..

surgery is the last resort...... but i feel like not to take it.....

there is some guys which are saying to try steroids.

i am in a condition that i want to do something but i am struck .

damn should have know not to drop weight with a rapid pace, its hurting now........ :-(

If it makes you feel better, losing the weight slowly doesn't mean you won't get loose skin. You probably would've gotten it either way.

I am trying to pack on mass to fill loose skin... Especially under the arms. Since I have built up some muscle the skin under my arms just hangs. If I raise my arms is pulls tight but if I lean left or right it sags and I cant stand it.

I didnt loose weight fast. I had been fat all my life with no muscle at all. Now I am stuck with and flap that hangs in the ab area and the under arm area. I also thought about surgery but I want to keep lifting for a couple years to see what I get from that first.

keep hydrated, use cocoa butter lotion 2-3 times a day.

i lost 118 lbs dropped down from 330 to 212

I have very little loose skin, but to give it a break i began bulking up in the last 6 weeks.

Have gained 12 lbs, waist has remained the same so i'm guessing i'm on the right track.
