Need advice
Hey everyone !
I'd like some advice. My goal is to have a nice hard chest, but without getting too big. I'd like to remain slim, but be cut. Obtain strong abs. Maintain my weight (by more or less 7pounds). Lower my body fat level. Obtain massive shoulders and impressive quads.
Can you guys determine my body fat percentage? Can you tell me what I'm lacking in my workout ?
I don't really work my lower body, I've been slacking that off. I do squats once a week maybe, no more :S.
Any advice ? (both training and nutrition)

u said get a hard chest with out getting big, and obtain massive shoulders and impressive quads. obtaining massive shoulders would mean your getting big, impressive quads would be you getting very big, and if you want to drop bf and grow youll find that very hard, your going to have to put on some weight inroder to gain size, why do u care if u weight more if u wanna be bigger then who cares about your weight

Why so much concern about weight?!
I know nobody wants to gain fat;that goes without saying. However if you want a little size and shreded shape you have no choice but to gain weight. In the form of muscle of course.
You want to split your ab work in three; one exercise for the upper abs,one for the lower abs and a third for the obliques.
Same for the shoulders 1 for the front deltoid , 1 for the middle deltoid and one for the rear deltoid.
Slacking off in Bodybuilding will get you absolutely NOWHERE!!!!!!!
You have to pound each part of your body once a week at the LEAST and before you know it you will see results.(several months for any real results)
When you get to where you want you switch to mantaining what you built.
You can find specific exercises here at BB.com and a million other sites , books and magazines.
IT ALL DEPENDS HOW MUCH YOU REALLY WANT IT!
GOOD LUCK
