Sources of fat other than oil?
I am currently easing my way into a keto diet. I am not having very many problems with the low carb aspect of it. Right now I'm taking 75 grams a day just fine.
What is getting me is the lack of tasty fats.
For example today I'm at 1500 calories (2,000 is how many I take in on non training days) and I've taken in 200 grams of protein and 80 grams of carbs which is right on with the ratio I'm going for. I've only taken in 50 of 100 grams of fats I need though.
Is there any way that I can get in my good, healthy fats without resorting to gross tasting olive oil and the like?
thanks,
JZ

The best - fatty cuts of meat.
After that there are lots of possibilities...
Nuts
Butter
Avocado
Cheese
Heavy cream
But seriously, just eat a ribeye.

I'm easing my self into Keto. I take in 80 grams this week then 50 grams starting next week.
I forgot to mention that eggs won't work since I'm in college. Heavy cream sounds good so I'll look into that.

sounds like your just wasting a couple weeks imo, 80 grams then 50 grams the next week isn`t gonna do much of anything in terms of loss.
me I just jumped in, but i`m the kinda person to set my mind to something and stick with it.
