Just trying to figure out what the best routine would be in regards to supplements?
I was contemplating a whey protein but then someone in the store recommended I go with a lean mass gainer.
I stopped working out a few months ago, never used supplements for a few years and I have an ectomorph type body.
Fairly fast metabolism and I do walk my dog everyday for at 30-40mins twice a day. I know I need calories in, but my question is for a post-workout supplement.
Should I go with protein? lean mass builder? or some kind of weight gainer?
I did some searches prior to posting and nothing that would answer my questions.
Thanks

Well your whey protein is a must. You dont need a weight gainer when you can just eat food. Eat a lot of good clean lean protein foods such as chicken and tuna, eggs are good. You should take a multi vitamin. Umm Creatine will help with recovery and some size.... Kinda hard to help you out with no goals...

post workout...just go with a good quality whey protein isolate.ON whey for example.......add some carbs in if your not cutting(which I'm guessing you ain't)and hour after that eat some lean protien and some veggies......keep things simple...and don't listen to people at the store who try and tell you what to get. Get your supps here...best prices and it's at your doorstep seconds after you hit "submit" on your order.
