Book Recommendation Needed: Preparing food in advance.
I would like to start buying in bulk and preparing my meals a week in advance, refrigerating / freezing for later use.
Can some of you please recommend a book that:
1) provides advice / tips for bulk food preparation
2) recipes
3) provides advice / tips for food storage
4) preferably geared for weightlifting diet / nutrition needs
5) sample week meals
