I'm New to the forums... been working out for a year now .. have a few questions .. after having a baby two years ago..and not working out right after .... let say atleast a year.. Ive gained a great amount of weight in my belly. Its been a year now that ive altered my eating and dieting ..im working out 4-5 times a week if not more ...(cardio) when i started out i lost 20 pounds in 08 and now im stuck im slowly trimming with inches but not enough....what fat burner can honestly help with real results?
