I go to a local YMCA and I'm the only person that ever does deadlifts :\ so I can't ask anyone if my form is right. When i was doing lower weights i didnt seem to have this problem but lately my lower back hurts after i do them is this normal or is my form wrong and i can hurt my back if i continue?

If it's any kind of joint pain I would back off and get my form fixed ASAP. Maybe go lighter on weight to perfect your form, but trust me, you don't wanna hurt your back. Back injuries SUCK and are extremely frustrating... mine wasn't even all that severe compared to some and it still sucked, I can't imagine seriously injuring it.

Hard to say really, you need to be able to differentiate between different pains. My lower back is normally always sore straight after a heavy deadlift session (ie it hurts to bend over) but my back is fine.

do you mean the muscles are sore? if so, this is normal and should be expected. if you mean your spine hurts or something, then that's bad.

Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams

You need to distinguish between soreness and pain. Soreness in that area is quite normal. Pain is never normal.
