    Serious Help

    I'm 18 and I need a supplement which is going to help me gain muscle mass. I'm 177 lbs. and I have been taking no explode and cell-tech. I'm pretty sure that I'm coming to a plateau. I want to hit about 190 by June. I need a supplement which is going to pump me up pre-workout and another supplement which is going to help me gain muscle mass and weight post-workout. I need some options on the best supplements to take for what I am looking for.

    Try adding in a good protein to your diet, i reccomend ON whey protein. I would drop the cel tech and add something like a size on or a cell mass. As far as pre workout you might want to switch to super pump 250 i used to use no xplode all the time and i switched to SP and noticed a difference right away

    eat heaps... try a protein supp.. if not for pre-workout id recomend superpump250 or Applied nutriceuticals RPM.. for post id go wit sizeon hands down.

    Take a look at your workout first...then your diet...make sure you are getting as much from those before you even think about supps. Then add in a good quality WPI and maybe some creatine if you resopnd well to it...and thats all you need. Too many people on here in their teens are getting obsessed with spending money on supps, when changes in their workout and diet could show far, far better results...your at the peak of test production....you don't need to complicate it worring about supps...keep it simple.

    if you don't have the building blocks, youre going to break down what is there and rebuild with that, i.e. running in place. eat til you hate it
