I bulked up to a way too soft 253 lbs in November. Im not mush of a NY resolution kinda uy so I resolved the beginning of Dec to achieve my best shape ever by my birthday In May. So far ive dropped to a still doughy 238 lbs. which shows me how much work i have left. Im going to to keepo using the Anabolic diet to help achieve my goal of 6% BF by May 20. Ill post pics weekly with daily food logs... if u stop by say something nice or motivational if not nice lol.... HOORAH
