Hi.
How long does it take you to get used to your bulking diet?
I'm asking cause it took me ~2.5 hours to eat 3 cups of dry instant oats with some maple syrup for taste, cause I felt really full and/or sick trying to eat it all, AND that was my first meal of the day . . .

Well I got about 1 cup of dry oats & syrup down fine, but then after that I felt really full and that if I ate anymore I was going to throw up. So I slowly ate the other 2 cups of dry oats & syrup.
Ya maybe. So how long do you think it will be before I can eat the whole 3 cups of dry out & syrup easily?
Didn't it take you some time though before you could eat all those oats at once?http://www.EarthEmperor.com << "Daniel Kemp 4 Earth Emperor!"

Did you transition straight from a cut to a bulk?
That is not the most efficient way and will usually lead to unneccessary fat gain. Try slowly upping your calories, add 200 calories a week to transition back to maintenance and then slowly go up from there."When you get a BS you think you know everything

When you get your PhD you still realize you know nothing but it is ok because now you know no one else does either"

I only eat oats cooked as oatmeal on a cut, not when I'm bulking since it blows up so much when you cook it. If you want to eat oats, just toast a whole tray of them in the oven with some honey as granola, and then eat it with milk. Also, 3 cup of oats for breakfast is kind of extreme, isn't it?

It's 100% grass-fed organic beef and grinding that specific type of beef up is the most popular way for the butcher to sell it. He does have grass/grain-fed beef in a bunch of different cuts, but I just wanted 100% grass-fed and ground was my only option.
I'm also eating eggs, oats and nuts for other sources of protein.
I like beef more than chicken, but I am also eating eggs, which come from chickens.http://www.EarthEmperor.com << "Daniel Kemp 4 Earth Emperor!"
