    Working out while drunk?

    Is there any negative effect on this?

    Obviously I wouldn't be lifting heavy, but sometimes some light lifting or light cardio seems like a fun thing to do while buzzed

    u been here since jul 04 u should be aware by now being drunk has a negative effect on ur gain itself

    no ****, thats not the question I was asking, obviously alcohol will not help your gains, but what I am wondering is if there is even any POINT to working out period while drunk, or if its just a waste of time

    Both alcohol and intense training hit the immune system pretty hard. If you combine drinking and hard lifting either at the same time or within a day or two of one another, your chances of getting an URTI or some other illness skyrocket like 4x.

    Trust me, I know this from years of experience.

    Now you guys tell me! Ive been getting cross faded for almost 2 months straight and Ive been getting nice gains... I'm at 152 lbs, 7% body fat and I'm naturally a fat guy(if I stop working out I gain weight like a mofo)
