Keto BUT carbs around HIT Sport
Play hockey on a sunday and train on a tuesday , I do keto.
Anyone have an idea how to plan carbs around especially the sunday game (say starts 2pm) for maximum performance but stil able to lose on keto.
TKD?
Anyone else KETO while playing performance sport like hockey , soccer , etc where sprints are required along with endurance.

Have a cup of oatmeal the night before bed. Wake up, have a cup of oatmeal at breakfast and one at noon with a bottle of gatorade and you will be good to go.

I would follow the hockey players diet. Google for it seeing you are pretty well doing the same thing. They always have a boat load of pasta about 3 hours before the game.

When I was playin Football for the Marines, I was still doing keto. I ate steak and cheese 2 hours before game time and had plenty of energy. I dont know if it would work for hockey tho cuz your always skating around the ice and all. I played o line and only had to move 5-10yds a play.
