It is tragic that many Palestinians who are not directly involved in terrorism are suffering as a result of the actions of their leaders. While no one wants to see any noncombatants harmed, it is important to acknowledge that all Palestinians in Gaza bear some responsibility for their current predicament. After all, they voted to empower Hamas in an election in which they knew the organization's platform called for the destruction of Israel and the use of terrorism to achieve its aims.
The Palestinians in Gaza have done nothing during the last three years to stop Hamas from launching rockets into Israel. At any time the people could have said, ?Enough! We do not support terror.? Instead of allowing rocket crews to fire Qassams from their houses, yards, or neighborhoods, the people could have said, ?Stop! I will not allow you to make us a target. I will now allow you to use my family as a shield.?
For the last three years, the Palestinians of Gaza have said, in effect, ?We don't mind if Israelis are murdered by Hamas rockets, but the world should support us.?
During World War II, the German people were not spared suffering from the Allied invasion because they were noncombatants or because some could claim they were not Nazis and did not support Hitler. All the German people were held to account for their failure to stop their leaders from carrying out their aggression and genocidal policies.
The Palestinians now are also being held to account. What is different, however, is that unlike the Allies in World War II, Israel is doing everything possible to avoid hurting Palestinian noncombatants despite their culpability. Even now the Palestinians have the power to stop the war by demanding that Hamas cease firing rockets. Alas, they refuse to take the one step within their power to ease their suffering.

That's not disproven, that's according to some random Palestinian.
Bombing a school with children with false claims that there were fighters near by:

Palestinian Witnesses: Hamas fired from school area
In a statement, the Israeli army said an initial investigation found that "mortar shells were fired from within the school at IDF soldiers. The force responded with mortars at the source of fire. The Hamas cynically uses civilians as human shields."
The army said two Hamas militants ? Imad Abu Askar and Hasan Abu Askar ? were among the dead.
Two neighborhood residents confirmed the Israeli account, saying a group of militants fired mortars from a street near the school, then fled into a crowd of people in the streets

Another witness confirms:
A young witness from Jabaliya, Ibrahim Amen, 16, said that he had seen one of the militants, whom he identified as Abu Khaled Abu Asker, in the area of the school right before the attack.
Ibrahim said he saw the militant after he answered calls for volunteers to pile sand around the camp "to help protect the resistance fighters." Ibrahim went to pile sand near the school with his brother, Iyad, 20, who was then injured by the Israeli mortar fire.

Attacking the UN compound and hospital

So how reliable is this interview as reported by the IDF? Not very.
2) Isn't disproven that Hamas fired from the hospital.

Like I said, both the U.N. and Red Cross are taking Israel to court. They witnessed and were affected by the atrocities first hand. On the plus side you have the testimonies of the IDF soldiers.
So we'll see what those so-called anti-semites (UN and Red Cross) decide.*** There is no one free of all need, of whom all else are in absolute need, but God ***

. . .
A night ago I saw a Muslim man praying, towards Mecca, in his front yard. My friends pointed and laughed at him. I ripped them apart verbally, condemning their taunts. Their response was "Bro, he is Muslim."
I was humiliated to be around such filth.
This is a true story. My point is, I hope the world sees what I see. The target, the enemy is not Islam, by no means. For every Palestinian innocent citizen that dies, nothing can be ignored. One must understand collateral damage though. I hope, no I pray, that if any Israeli's spill the blood of an innocent, on purpose, than may God see fit to punish them also.
The real target is an extremist group of militia that, if they had their way, would not only remove all Jews from the land, but would do so by spilling the blood of everyone from the oldest man to the youngest girl, in victory.

LOL.. your going to teach me about VC?? thats rich..
Thank you for the education on Southeast Asia, I never knew much about it.. it annoys me to no end to equate a worthy opponent who was more than willing to fight like Uncle Charlie to the gutless, hide behind kids, no talent assmonkeys known as Hamas...
The VC FOUGHT, and damn hard... stupid analogy.

Israel has balls. It's time it stops showing the other cheek. I think Israel's actions are admirable. I don't understand why Americans have their panties up in a bunch about this: after 9/11 didn't y'all turn up in Afghanistan pronto? So it's ok if y'all bring in the big boys when y'all get bitten but Israel is expected to turn the other cheek repeatedly??

Spot on! Israel will do whatever it has to do to protect itself from internationally subsidized terrorist organizations. Hamas is just that. That innocent Palestinians are suffering is a shame, but just who is to blame for their suffering? When your government is a rabid dog, foaming at the mouth, and lobbing shells and rocket at close proximity to every UN installation, hospital, orphanage, children's home, school, mosque, daycare, what do you expect? Look for a balloon over a Palestinian child's birthday party on the patio behind the house and you'll find a Hamas henchmen with a rocket launcher on his knees, snuggling up to his beloved countryman, an 8 year old at that! Another one will have a video camera to document Israel's barbarity.

And the good fight continues.
If half of the 1.3 million Gazans have to die to purge Hamas then that would be acceptable. Very tragic and very sad but acceptable.
Dresden lost more than half of it's population when we bombed it nearly out of existence and they were almost entirely women, children and old men. That campaign was tragic and very sad as well but it also worked very well.
