Hello, whats the best way to go about on losing some belly fat.
It annoys me.. I have skinny arms and my stomach is fat, it doesn't add up.
I want to first work on loosing the belly fat, then work on building muscles in my arms so they aren't so skinny..

Eat enough protein: 1g / lb of lean body mass
Eat some veggies, fruit and healthy oil (e.g. flax seed oil)
Above that, eat whatever you want but reduce calories until rate of weight change is maintained.
I would advise a rate of about 1-2 lb / week.
If you want to keep / increase muscle mass while doing the diet, workout 3 times a week.

Cut out all white carbs, and any other refined or processed carbs you eat. Do eat plenty of green, salad and leafy veg, and lots of good quality protein and fats.
If you have any sort of insulin issue, then you'll find you gain belly fat very easily and the only way to shift it is to cut out all the insulinagenic carbs.65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.
