Hey,
Decided to cut up a bit, wanna get those abs showing.
This is the first time I'm actually dieting and trying to cut up.
So please take a look at my diet and give us any pointers if you can. Like to keep it simple like this.
Stats:
5ft8"
155lbs
BF: ~14%?
So I've decided to go High Protein, Fat and Low Carb.
Once a week on a Sunday I'm going to have High Carbs so I can cycle this out.
3-4 Times a week I'll be doing low intensity cardio (6km/h walk) for 30min before meal 1.
Weight Training session 4 times a week, after meal 2
Would like to trim majority of the fat off within 6 weeks and hit around 10% BF, is that possible?
Thanks
EDIT: Sorry maybe should have posted in Nutrition Section?

Diet looks decent enough. Also sounds like you have a good exercise routine planned out. I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to reach those results in 6 weeks or so.
May I suggedt mixing some HIIT into your cardio sessions? Also, when you lift, make sure you lift heavy. I'm sure you probably already know this...but just in case.
Either way, stick to that and you shouldn't have any issues.

Thanks for the replies
Yeah been pushing heavy in the gym. Guess I'll loose a bit of strenght as I drop some weight.
HIIT? Well I do walk fast on an empty stomach for 30min, I'm scared that I'll burn too much muscle with HIIT.
Yeah made this in excel (yes bored), it calculates the totals and % for you.
I found info just from the product labels.
I've changed meal 2 slightly with Premium Tuna with Oilve Oil and Brocolli.
