best way to lose belly fat
Hello, whats the best way to go about on losing some belly fat.
It annoys me.. I have skinny arms and my stomach is fat, it doesn't add up.
I want to first work on loosing the belly fat, then work on building muscles in my arms so they aren't so skinny..
Thank you in advance!

You can't spot reduce, if you want to lose belly fat, you gotta lose fat.

Alright, so I want to get start and get rid of this already. I hate it.
What would be the best way to start out such as a new diet or an exercise?

Eat enough protein: 1g / lb of lean body mass
Eat some veggies, fruit and healthy oil (e.g. flax seed oil)
Above that, eat whatever you want but reduce calories until rate of weight change is maintained.
I would advise a rate of about 1-2 lb / week.
If you want to keep / increase muscle mass while doing the diet, workout 3 times a week.

Cut out all white carbs, and any other refined or processed carbs you eat. Do eat plenty of green, salad and leafy veg, and lots of good quality protein and fats.
If you have any sort of insulin issue, then you'll find you gain belly fat very easily and the only way to shift it is to cut out all the insulinagenic carbs.
65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

If I'm not mistaken, belly fat is the last place you lose fat (for men, at least). So it's normal that you've lost fat in your arms, but not stomach. Just keep losing body fat and stay patient.
That said, you should keep working on your diet and do a lot of cardio.

I am inquiring on this very topic right now.
my belly fat has turned so squishy it drives me crazy. I figure I have got to have at least 10lbs sitting just at my gut.

It's different. In my case, I lose fat on arms at last.

Fat often goes squishy before it departs.

so it is a good sign if you are getting squishy lol it just means that you are depleting your fat droplets out of your fat cells

You are doing well if you are losing weight. Everything else is irrelevant.
