    ok snacks?

    i said i was going to clean up my diet this semester but every so often i know ill have an urge for a snack i eat 3 main things for snacks and i was wondering if a small dose of each from time to time would have much effect on my diet....

    oyster crackers (the things that go in soup)
    ritz crackers with peanut butter

    small dose of anything is fine, even ice cream, as long as its fits in your macro and you've filled your protein needs for the day hit it.

    Almonds, or any kind of nut is a good choice. You said you wanted to "clean" up your diet, so almonds is a good idea. It's an EFA, so something good to snack on...

    and this is the amount of protein i take in or plan to

    3 24g whey shakes
    1 20 g amino acid based protein
    cold cuts at lunch
    meat from school at dinner
    4 glasses of skim milk

    it should be over my body weight in grams

    Those things are all ok. I personally dont buy em cuz I tend to eat the whole box in one sitting if they're around...

    been there.....i came home from a drunken escapade last semester and i had a whole box of croutons...these were the most fatty croutons u could think of they had so much fat i cant remember the number but it was a lot....yea i can eat a whole box of any snack i like when im in the mood.....but im pretty determined to keep my diet in check
