how to smash through barriers?

hey guys, just wonderin what the best way to break through barriers is? i've been stuck around the same weight on most of my lifts for a couple of weeks now, and just wanting to know what the best way is to get around this? should i change up my routine? ive been doing the same one for a few weeks now or like do different rep ranges etc? thanks for the help in advance!!

Yeah change the days your training what muscles around a bit likee ur split (keep training the same muscles).

Try a different exercise(s) for the muscles.

Try super setting.

Search the forum(s) there is a fair few threads that have been made about this/that have come up similarly.

haha thanx man, definitely need to up my calories...i think diet is where im lacking seeing as im working 40 hours a week and only get lunch break....i only manage to eat 3-4 times a day lol
