I'm 29 and mother of a two year old girl, and I lost some weight. But still have alot more to loose. Right now all I really do is cardo, and just a tiny bit of weights.
Is there someone here who can help with some advice/suggestions on what else I can do. i would appreciate it.
what i eat is pretty easy, like milk with a apple and cereal.
meal 2 is just banana and water
meal 3 bowl of cereal.
I know i don't eat right, I'm 5'6" 198 lbs. Sometimes I dont eat don't have time..
would love some suggestions and help...
