First of all, i'm not a bodybuilder, but I knew i could come here for sound nutrition advice. Sorry if posting anyway is a no-no.
I rock climb 3 days and road bike 3 days, rest 1 day. I always drink a protein shake after each activity for recovery.
Here's the thing: I have absolutely no appetite for 1-2 hours after I wake up. I never eat breakfast and it has always been this way. With work and class that often leads to 2 or 2.5 meals a day.
Would a "meal replacement bar" every morning help my energy and stamina any more than just eating a granola bar or a banana?
