ive been reading about it the past couple days and they make it out to be some kind of miracle treatment ALMOST as effective as accutane but with no side effects.. only problem is that you gotta take 10g a day which is 20 pills.. cheapest i found was 250 pills for $10.. so thats about $20 a month.. after a couple months you decrease the dosage to 5g a day, 3g a day, and then 1-2g a day at maintenance..
has anyone tried this with any success?

never checked that out.. vitamin b5 is supposed to be almost as good as accutane without side effects.. but im afraid to try it because i saw someone else who used b5 AND accutane and they say their skin is so dry and old looking because it shut down their oil glands.. but pretty much everyone else says it works amazingly wellOriginally Posted by the1satanfears
