Follow Along! Getting back at it.

It's been awhile guys..... I've been off for 4 months now and it's time to get it going again.

Goals: Add strength to big 3, drop bf%

Stats: 5'8" 225lbs - Bodyfat 17% (dunk tank -bod pod-) (and i bet most ppl claiming 10-12 are really a few higher)

**** Not a pro, not trying to be a pro, not claiming more than I am capable of. I've done 3 powerlifting meets and trained for one bodybuilding show that I did not compete in due to injury. I hope to do my first show this fall. More than likely I will come in as a light heavy however I'm guessing I'll be around 185ish to be peeled and dry. Hopefully a few extra lean lbs before the diet begins will allow me to come in at 190 HARD. Maybe in a yr or so I can come in @ 198 diced (if I enjoy bodybuilding competition....I'm rly a fan of power/olympic lifts) Again guys, I know I'm never getting out of the amateur ranks and am not making it big in bodybuilding. I train for fun...that's it!***

Current Lifts: Squat 495x5 Bench 315x4 Deadlift 495x3

Lifts are down a little bit basically due to being off for several months and really kicking back and enjoying life a little bit. Since November until now I've basically been eating whatever whenever. Still getting in the protein but haven't been strict in the slightest. I also do not care for DIET BEER.

Workouts--

Fri- Chest/tri Sat- Back/bi Sunday- Legs Monday- Shoulders Wednesday-- POWER DAY..(Heavy benches, Deads, Rack Pulls, Squats, Clean and Jerks, etc. Not all of them but whatever I feel needs improved and really want to do. It's more of a recreational day for myself)

Tuesday, and Thursday--no weights

Cardio-- 5 Days/wk 3 hiit 2 steady state.

Now to the fun part...the substances.

Test E 250 1 amp e3d 1-16
Eq 330 mg e3d 1-15
Winstrol 50 mg ed 10-17
Letro 1 mg eod throughout....may adjust if necessary.

There it is folks short and simple....btw the eq is dosed at 330 because basically that's how it turned out. 2cc's e3d throughout.



EVERYONE COME IN AND POST IN MY LOG PLZ!!! Hell it can even be a mini o/t log for all I care. Again I'm not a super serious competitor and train/post/log for pure fun. Hopefully the Fam will spice this log up. Wish me luck.

Where did you find a dunk tank and how much did it cost? I would like to get a truer measurement.

Thanks man....lifts are so so....once I get my free weights back in my basement (i will not shoot video in world gym) I'll post a few vids of the dead.

I got it done through a work affiliate program....it cost $20. They also tested by blood sugar/pressure.

For now I am going to log my workouts until the pinning begins. To a few that know me I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth out but the appt was cancelled due to jacked up paperwork (military)....I will find out tomorrow if they will reschedule for this week. If not, I will more than likely schedule it for June and procede with the cycle tomorrow.

Also, I have plenty of dbols on hand however I'm not 100% if I should jump start the cycle with them? What do you all think? They are the old school anabol 5 mg (yes legit dbol and not methyl test....they are almost 3 yrs old). If I run it it'll be 30mg day for first 6 weeks.

mehhhh I was supposed to but it didn't happen.

Today will be Chest/Back/Tri's.

I do love some tren no doubt about it....the stuff just smokes my cardio and it's so difficult for me to recover from it. If I lock in a show I wan to do in the fall I may run 200 mg of test for 6-8 weeks as a bridge from this bulk to the contest prep....if I do I may add tren a in @ 100 mg eod for the last 6 weeks or so of this cycle. I will be using it for the contest prep; that is if I decide to diet down for bodybuilding rather than do the powerlifting meets I normally do in the fall. Only time will tell

what are you doing for cardio? unless you're full out running you should be fine. Especially with the eq

Anyways if you do decide to throw it in there do it towards the end when the eq is in full blast and you will look insane! tren+ eq= hardness+veeeins

Today's workout turned out being strictly chest.....got to train with a few guys who are in prep for April/May shows....it was pretty fun but I was definitely off.

OHHH Yeah....cycle started today. I dosed 2 amps of test e. Will start the eq/test on Tuesday. I wanted to let the eq sit for a few more days to let the ba do it's job. Wisdom teeth are coming out 3rd week of June.

Flat bench--- 225x10 275x6 275x5 275x4 275x3
Incline dumbell press 65x15 85x10 100x8 110x5
Dumbell Flye 50x20x5
Dips/Bodyweight 15,12,10,8
Then we did a variety of pushups from different angles s/s with plank holds and hanging leg raises.

Started test/eq today. Yes I have dosed 3 amps of test in the past 2 days. I also went ahead and started the dbols too....I can hardly resist. 30mg ed 1-6.

workouts are looking good, nice sets. youre strength is gonna blow up now that youre using dbol.

can you be as specific as possible about how you feel, the effects, etc from the eq? im still debating using it and any personal experience is great. good timing btw haha.

I'll give details on the eq....I must say it's very smooth and stings less than the human grade test i'm using. Last time I used it I had a lot of anxiety. I hope that this doesn't occur again.

Back/Bi's

Barbell Row-- 225x10 (wow feeling light...dbol is starting work now ) 275x10 315x5 (getting up there)
225x12 very good contraction
Dumbell Row 135's (kinda sloppy but good enough) 3x8x3
Various Cable Rows for pump superset with back extensions
Various Curls for pump...if you all really want to know the exact weight and reps and sets on these I can post them but it to me the big lifts are the ones that really matter.

AAS Effects--strength is definitely showing after 8 days on the dbol. Libido is up. No other sides to report other than water retention and massive low back pumps...kinda painful actually. Weight is @ 229. May begin to take a low dose ai to curb water retention due to my particular goals.

20 min of incline crapio on the treadmill earlier this evening. Then feast meal....outback steakhouse

1/2 blooming onion
Large Salad
4 oz filet
Scallops
1.5 cups brown rice.

Wanted a beer but using oral so.....will wait until after cycle or at least dropping dbol.

Had a different leg workout today

2 sets of calf raises

then squats

225x10 315x10 365x8 225x5x2 245x5 255x5 275x5 285x5 315x5x2 225x10

3 sets of incline situps s/s w/ 3 sets of hyperextensions.

Met with a buddy that wanted to have a painful workout...so this is what we did. Yes that is 12 sets of squats....the sets were performed at a very fast pace. Basically I would go then he would go.
