    if you have time plz

    could someone give me a good 3 day workout programi have an olypic bench,curl bar and a couple dumbbells.if i dont know the exercise i will look them up.i just dont what they all are.but i know the main simple ones if that makes sense.thanks

    yea my bench has the holders i beleive i use for the squats.

    Well, if you can do squats somehow, most folks on here recommend these two programs to start with. There are certainly many others that would work too though.
