One of my training partners said I eat crap. Just got physical a month ago for shoulder injury and everything is good. So here what I eat:
chicken (mostly thighs) -no skin
whey protein
frozen veggies ( those blends of broccoli, ect..)
salmon when on sale
nuts mixtures (almonds,pecans,ect..)
chicken hearts (like 50 or more a week ) -like $5 for 5 lbs
tons of water
v8 crap (not tomato, other stuff)
every weekend I buy 25 lbs of steak (ball of meat) -gone by Monday
whole wheat subs from publix (Italian w/provolone)
oh yeah I like single malt (glenfiddich) helps take edge off of a 6 hour training day
supps
xtend green apple
Multi Pro 32X
Gakic Hardcore (not really likin it, but goin to finish usin it)
Celltech creatine (save jokes, my girl bought it. Not bad just a waste of money)

aint nothing wrong with your diet.
Maybe you should take the alcohol out and only drink it on special occasions, its what most of us do because it does hinder your gains(not liek your going to die but to have it part of your daily diet you may want to change)
just my opinion though, doesn't mean i know what im talking about thoughI asked for the mod neg because I didn't feel I had earned my reps. I would appreciate it if you only repped me because my posts are helpful/insightful.

Best i can do. Don't own a camera. Find a latin supermarket and go look by freezer or butcher, sometimes and you will literally see a big ball of meat. Good stuff man, little sea salt and its perfect!

u sure your familiar with it ? Cause about a quarter of its Fat and connective tissue. So it cooks off. Plus its a all weekend BBQ, which means it gets eatin all weekend. Breakfast, lunch dinner and all in between for snacks. Not really that difficult to figure out. ... and there is no bone. Well doesn't matter got my answer kind of. Have a good day

???? mind yourself . I asked a question, got answers. Your non sense is just that non sense. I thought people understood a bbq as being with people, my fault for assuming. But save that bs for someone else. While you come on here to spout off, I wanted to know about this to upgrade, if possible, my habits. So next time I get in the ring I am at full capacity. I learn alot about dieting on here that has helped already. If you dont have something of importance to say, i don't know, maybe keep your bs to yourself.
