I'm going to start a 5x5 routine monday (It is now thursday and i'm finishing up a previous workout program) I want to improve my abdomen while I do this 5x5...Is this even worth trying to do while doing this 5x5 increase of mass workout program? And if you have time when replying I'd appreciate a killer abdomen routine because come middle of february I'm going to cut and try getting that six pack for Spring Break.
