Insulin control has been my #1 aim these last 3 months or so, trying to get out there and get as much information on triggers, plus ways to control it, and use it, regulate it.
Looking forward to Driven Sports new health supp, that looks like will be aimed at Insulin control much like Matt's GXR was.Top Supps

Are you taking it 3 times a day? I need to add up the amount of Vitamin B6 that is in all of the other supplements I take.
The maximum amount you are supposed to supplement with B6 a day is 100mg, although no adverse effects have been seen in any dose 200mg or under. AOR Advanced B has 99mg of B6, and I'd rather not take much more than 100mg a day.*~=Gator Nation=~*

I can't find the study anymore, from what I did find though it just seemed to say that doses in excess of 200mg per day for extended periods of time may cause B6 toxicity
Sensory neuropathy typically develops at doses of pyridoxine in excess of 1,000 mg per day. However, there have been a few case reports of individuals who developed sensory neuropathies at doses of less than 500 mg daily over a period of months. Yet, none of the studies in which an objective neurological examination was performed reported evidence of sensory nerve damage at intakes below 200 mg pyridoxine daily (24). To prevent sensory neuropathy in virtually all individuals, the Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine set the tolerable upper intake level (UL) for pyridoxine at 100 mg/day for adults (see table below) (7). Because placebo-controlled studies have generally failed to show therapeutic benefits of high doses of pyridoxine, there is little reason to exceed the UL of 100 mg/day.*~=Gator Nation=~*

I thought P5P was a better form to take everyday than b6 because of the absoprtion and toxicity.
I will check if I still have the studies later today but the toxicity with b6 was for a very long period of time at 200 mg. 400 mg seemed to be the limit in term of occasional dosing.

I do not work for any supplement company, I am on bb.com to share feedback on supplements and to try to help people with the little knowledge I have. **Please note this**

Not too much at all, the Ubiquinol, 2 bottles of Omega 3, and SAMe ran around $70 with free shipping, and the B Complex was 20 dollars. Then I ordered 3 more bottles of the Omega 3 because of a sale and I had a $10 coupon.
Also, with the B-Complex, I've gone down to only taking 2 a day, in addition to 3000mcg Sublingual Methylcobalamin.*~=Gator Nation=~*
