We should have a thread that is geared more towards supplements for overall health rather than just the ergogenic supplements.
After some help from a few great forum members (Peter and chasin) I have come up with, what I feel, is a pretty decent arrangement of supplements that I will order today and begin next week. Please add your contributions to this thread so that we may hopefully have a nice array of ideas and suggestions.
1. Country Life Omega 3 Mood- I picked this because it is manufactured in a cGMP facility, and each serving provides 1,000mg of EPA with only 150mg of DHA, total of 2,000 mg of fish oil coming from sardines and anchovies
2. NOW Ubiquinol- After doing some of my own research and reading some of the testimonials of some individuals on this forum (jkeith, des, cognitivenutrition, etc.) I decided to go with the Kaneka QH reduced Ubiquinol. NOW is a brand that I trust, and NOW provides 100mg of Ubiquinol in 60 softgels.
3. Jarrow Formulas SAMe 400mg- I have previously taken another brand of SAMe @ 800mg per day with great results (positive outlook wise). I am going to begin with 400mg this time, and move it up to 800 and see if I notice any difference. SAMe is rather expensive, so if I can get away with using 400mg a day I would be happy.
4. AOR Advanced B- Complex- chasin provided some great information on this in a few earlier threads discussing the importance of B supplementation when taking SAMe, not to mention all of the other great health benefits that come along with a B-Complex.
5. Garden of Life Primal Defense Ultra OR RPN Gut Health- I've spoken about GOL Primal Defense Ultra for years now, I simply love that product and think it is one of the best products I have ever used. Gut Health intrigues me, and while it is extremely unfortunate that it is going out of production, I am sure that it's replacement will be just as good if not better than it's predecessor.
6. Kyolic Garlic Cardiovascular Formula 100- I have taken this for quite a while also. Garlic has purported cardiovascular benefits, along with the known antimicrobial properties.
7. Solaray Oil of Oregano- This can be used topically or internally, I personally drink 5 drops in some water every day for it's antimicrobial properties, as well as to help the probiotic keep any candida at bay.
8. Emergen-C- I am taking this because I have about 30 packs left over.
So there you have it, thoughts and suggestions are appreciated, and please add your own stack if you have one!

Agree with the omega 3 althought I thought people were concerned with the EPA content since it suppressed the immune system. Perhaps I'm mistaken though and DHA was a concern, I'll have to review my notes. I also like a saturated fat like coconut oil.
Vitamin D at several thousand IUs day. Mounting evidence seems to indicate it may have numerous benefits.
NAC, not overly concerned with pro-oxidant capabilities and I try to keep a mdoerate dose of 500-600mg/day.
Will try SAMe again.
After controlling carb intake I no longer rely on probiotics.
Prefer idebenone over Ubiquinol mostly because of the nootropic effects.
Other staples for me are ALCAR/na-rala and a mineral complex.Yes, there is indeed a deeper component to it all.

I ordered the Vitamin D that dinoiii recommended in another thread.
I need to find a good strong B complex and I'm also thinking of going or following the ACE stack.
You recommended NSI a while back and I have some of their stuff but didn't you just do another questioning thread about them?
Can you give me your dissent for that ruling?Sinners in the hands of an angry Mod.
Mod is a concept...by which, we measure, our pain.

hahah, good point
AOR B-Complex or Jarrow B-Right should take care of your B-Complex needs. Cite: chasinSKURT
After a lot of research and help from other members on this board I decided to stay away from NSI. In the grand scheme of things, I would imagine that many of their products are absolutely fine and meet label claims perfectly, however I personally prefer paying an extra 2-3 dollars per item for cGMP assurance.*~=Gator Nation=~*

My stack right now. Been on it for a few months and I feel awesome. Mentally, sleeping better, feel more focused, seem to have more energy as well.
MST MVP- Yes a multi but IMHO a great one. Vitamin D3, Active forms of B-Vitamins, Greens, Pomegranate I thought was a great and cool addition.
Country Life CoEnzyme B-Complex- Active forms of B-Vitamins, great price too.
RPN NoXidant- Nice blend of Antioxidants. Suppose to be geared more towards NO users to fight off free radicals produced by them, but really most quality Anti-Oxidants should help with that. I will see what I can find on Apple Polyphenols.
RPN Gut Health- I can't express what a great product this is. It helps users with Acid Reflux all the way up to Chron's. Truly a must have IMHO esp guys who consume alot of protein.
I take extra Green Tea and Grape Seed Extract as well as some extra Quercetin and Vitamin C. This few I listed have been my stack for a few years. I try not to go overboard with Anti-Oxidants so I don't get Pro-Oxidant and have a reversal effect instead of a positive one. I can say I have been cold free and sick free for a long time and I feel better overall with the additions of MVP and B-Complex.

This is one of the main reasons I went with the Advanced B complex, it's more expensive but I feel that it offers more. With B-Right, you could add in some additional B-12, until I get my B-Complex in I'm currently taking Country Life Biochem Superior Methylcobalamin sublingual tabs, 3000mcg
How do you like it, and what is your dosage per day?*~=Gator Nation=~*

I started at 400 but after 2 weeks went to 800. I was hoping for more joint pain relief but I am not sure it has helped. My mood has improved though and that is something considering there is a lot for me to be upset about right now.
Also since this helps the liver I feel it would be good to take since I am on HRT.
Why are you using it?

Its very sad to see it go, but when it does I will look into the Primal Defense you mentioned How caps a day are you using 3?
Gut Health for me was awesome. I have used other Probiotics before but nothing helped like this. I tend to get excited about the not so sexy supplements like this one lol. I can't say enough good things about Gut Health.

Anyone used Ubiquinol (Now) for a while and like it ? Feedback ? I remember Jkeith's thread about heart health. It did look very promising. I am planning to order some along with some Garlic for health purpose.
I do not work for any supplement company, I am on bb.com to share feedback on supplements and to try to help people with the little knowledge I have. **Please note this**

how much does he have you taking?
I'v been thinking about taking more for the next few months. I get VERY little out of my diet, and being that it's 3 degrees outside today, my skin's not getting to much exposure either!
I'm thinking about taking as much as 20,000 IU's per day. (5 days on, 2 days off)
