Currently I'm only taking a pre-workout supplement and protein. I'm also taking a random multi-vitamin and super omega EPA. is there anything else I should take? i was reading on the Fitness section that Vitamin D and Creatine are suggested. If so, can someone recommend me brands? Also looking for a good multi-vitamin brand. Is there a point to taking both Vitamin D and Multi-Vitamin? Thanks.

My "stack" consists of:
-) multi: Controlled labs Orange Triad, taking the full dose at 6 pills a day (2/2/2 spread out)
-) omega 3: Now Foods Ultra Omega 3, taking 3 pills a day (1/1/1 spread out)
-) protein: whey isolate taken with milk each morning and taken with water post workout on training days
I'm considering of adding a creatine like Green Magnitude from controlled labs but I'm wondering if this would give me any long term strength and size gains? I've read that once you stop creatine, you lose the extra gains that creatine brought you too. True??

Best military supplement stack
Hey guys, I recently joined the army. My MOS is airborne infantry and I am an army ranger candidate.
Over the last few months I've been running a lot and I've gotten a lot better. Obviously, running is important in the military so this is a good thing.
The problem is that I spent the last year and a half bulking up from 125 to 175 in muscle. Since I began running four months ago, I have dropped back to 145.
I know that when I run I will obviously drop weight. I'm just wondering if anyone (especially someone in the military now) knows of a certain group of supps I should take that could help me not only to decrease my run time but also maintain and maybe even build more muscle. I know creatine is a bad idea because it can bloat u up with a bunch of water weight.
any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Favorite stack at great price.
After a few years of using supplements and trying the ridiculous amount of supplements offered by the AAFES stores in the military the stack I have got the best results from/enjoyed taste and effect and found at a great price to man!
I stack up Musclerev Xtreme, Revtest, Endorev, and Prorev. You can get them all at "revlabs" and get 50% on any purchase with an awesome code : ALLDAY (Not just once I have used it multiple times)

The organic nutriment supplements have had a good boost within the late markets. The individual area unit usually choosing the organic merchandise as extremely effective and are utterly dedicated to learning human health. They provide a far better management over health and increase the immunity so as to fight with the external factors which will negatively have an effect on your well being.

These three I take on a regular basis :
NOW Maca High Potency - I take this for energy, anxiety relief, stress relief, an over all "pick-me-up", and it is actually beneficial for people struggling with libido and hormonal fluctuations. It also helps some people with weight loss/gain, though to me, I only noticed my butt got bigger (which for some, that may be a good thing! lol)
NOW Vitamin D3 1,000 IU - I use this for over all hair, skin, nail, and bone health. It is great for teeth as well. If you are even slightly D3 deficient, it can rec your body and make it hard to lose weight or even gain muscle.
Chia Seeds - LOVE THESE! They make fat melt off of you and replace the fat with great nutrition! They helped me lose about 25 pounds in 3 months with no dietary changes and no added work out routines.
