Cardio Off Feet No Gym
I have a friend who has foot issues, & she cannot put pressure on her feet for any measurable time. Also, she doesn't belong to a gym nor does she have the money. What are some good suggestions I can give her? I know lots of options in the gym but not out.

There are probably some calesthenics/bodyweight exercises she might do as well. Diet might help, too, if she's overweight, and wants to reduce strain on her legs.

it depends on what she is aiming for? is she trying to lose some weight? or build up her cardio?
if shes just trying to lose some weight, i would suggest starting out with a clean diet, (which in my mind is the hardest), and then i would suggest just doing simple movements like lungs, push ups, sit ups.
also she could probably find some 5-10 lbs dbs for a cheap price and use those as well.

Read the title of the thread. She wants to do cardio but not with her feet. Handstand pushups are hardly aerobic brah

yeah swimming is the way to go.
Burns a ton of calories and works pretty much all of your muscles.
i used to run XC and track and got chronic stress fractures in my feet and a summer of swimming helped my feet a lot and also improved my cardio much more than i expected.

Cardio is overrated for fat loss, diet is more important.
