I myself am going to begin a small cut a few months before summer begins. Not now (January) but probably April. I am not going for a major fat loss just a little to keep my definition up for the summer months next to the pools and such. As i am new to cutting please point out any faults that you can correct. Serious help only. Thanks
Heres what i have gathered.
calorie intake < calorie output
Eat 5-6 small meals a day
Get your carbs and fat in the morning
Increase Water Intake
Increase Protein Intake
switching to skim milk, eating beef less, and no more cheeses
diet: (each bullet represents a meal)
* 9 eggwhites, 1 yolk, bowl of oatmeal, half scoup of protien powder
* 4 oz of sliced turkey on 2 slices wheat bread, family size bowl of salad
* can of tuna
* protein shake, 2.5 cups of gatorade (post workout)
* 2 chicken breasts, huge bowl of salad
* protein shake
30-45 minutes Cardio 3x a week, hour or so after training and on off days.
