    Looking fir the next program

    So far I have done: Rippetoe's, 5X5, and WS4SB. I'm goin back to school and looking for another prgram for my bulk. I am looking to work out 3 or 4 times per week Monday thru Thursday.
    Bench: 175 LBS
    Deadlift: 250 LBS
    Squat: 170 LBS (ATG)
    Military Press: 115 LBS
    Barbell Rows: 125 LBS
    Curl: 40 LBS dumbell
    Dips: Injured
    Pullups: 10 reps @ BW

    5-10, 170 16% BF

    Squat, Bench, Dead: 6,4,2,4,6..heavy as possible all 5 sets...made really good gains. 3X3 isn't also bad if your trying to increase ur max.

    Not that my numbers are big, but you've run all those and you only bench 150 and squat 170 at 5'10" 185lbs? Do you have any physical issues or anything?

    Those numbers are a bit outdated. But I am weak for my experience. I cut down to 165 and am benching 175 currently.

    In between these I cut and jsut did some basic things to keep strength.

    I think it may be better if I stick WS$SB but change up my main and assistance lifts. Anyone think this is the best idea?

    I would stick with the programs for at least 6 months....

    WSFSB I, II, III may also be worth a try.

    Well 175 is better @ 165lbs. I give you props for not e-stating! Some others could learn from your honesty. Do whichever one you liked the most, or got the most out of.
