3. Girls who lift will get bulky and look like men.
4. Squats, deadlifts, and lunges make your butt HUGE.
5. If you stop lifting, your muscle turns into fat.
6. Wtf? Protein? Just do f.ucking yard work and you'll get big. You don't need more than 70 grams of protein a day.^_^

doing sets of 3 is useless for strenth
whey=cheating
curls are a great way to warm up to bench press
curls are a great way to finish off bench press
doing one set of 20 curls db curls is a great bicep excercise because you feel the burn
swinging your back isnt cheating aslong as you get the weight up.

All Natural - No supplements
Natural - Whey, N.O. , Creatine, etc
Semi Natural - PH's HGH steroids for a short length of time
Not Natural - similar to semi natural, but used all the time. (much more often.) ie IFBB pros lol
