Hey everyone.I've been hitting my abs with several different excersises about every second day faithfully for a while with PHENOM results(working them HARD while stilla lil sore from last workout ussually).I've started using more weight on my ab workouts( 6-10 sets every 2nd day) too and was just wondering if your abs are really vulnerable to overworking, etc in your opinion or experiance.
THX alot yis'all.

i think every other day is perfect
"The iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk. Get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The iron will always kick you the real deal. The iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me. never runs. friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds." -Henry Rollins-

Thx.Man I've been doing mad amounts of weighted (25-30 lb dumbells) crunches and variations. The weighted is so much more intense and results really, litterally, pop out.I sugest adding a dumbell to a few sets every time you do your ab workout.Jus crank the tunes and hit it HARD!!
