Alright, I finally know the difference between these two.
Egg whites is only the white stuff and whole egg includes the yellow stuff.
However, what's the difference between them? It seems that most of the people here eat only egg whites (and lots of them!). What's so bad with yellow stuff?
Eating only egg whites seems a waste of egg...
Also, how do you get egg whites? Do you just boil the egg to hard and then just take yolk out and throw it away?
And...personally to me..I'm trying to bulk up and gain some weight (I'm 6'3" and 140 lbs), so should I eat egg whites or whole eggs?
Lastly, what's the best time to eat eggs? Looks like most of the people eat them at the mornings.
