who are you?
I am hotdogsfordaddy. Best name on the site? Most definitely . Best choice to log Magnum Tonic? Hands down.
why should we choose you?
You're gonna wanna choose me because I'm honest, hardworking, and straight to the point. I know what I want and what I want is to get bigger, harder, stronger... I can guarantee a detailed, honest, unbiased, and entertaining log which is updated frequently and on time! As I've stated, I know what I want, and what I want is to try Magnum Tonic.
what makes TONIC the right product for you?
All involved in the world of bodybuilding want pretty much the same things. We want to get harder. We want to get stronger. We want to look better. When you give it your all to get what you want, you're gonna need a helping hand now and then. So, you look to supplements. You look to what gives the best results, and you look to the best names around. What makes Tonic the right product for me is that I am looking for the best results, and I am looking to the best names around. So what's the best thing goin' to get me where I need to be? I'm sure you can put two and two together here...
how hard do you train?
I train as hard as I can, and then some! I step in the gym, put my headphones on, psyche myself up, and do whatever is needed on that day. Whether it's back day, leg day, or chest day...Whether it is a good day or a bad day...No matter what day it is, I am in there giving it my all. I've put on a tremendous amount of size in the past four months alone, something that has been noted by my friends and family as well as fellow gym-goers alike. Needless to say, I know what I am doing, and results will be well noticed during a log. Measuring how hard I train can't be done with a ruler or a scale. That is how hard I train.
what are you going to do for me? (just joking, sort of...)
To put it simple, I'm gonna do everything I told you I am gonna do. I'm gonna get bigger, better and stronger using this product, and I'm gonna have you guys with me every step of the way.

Why I would like to test out Tonic.
After looking up the ingredients in this product, it looks very solid. The main ingredient is Tribulus Extract. Though there is some controversy on this product, in many experiments it has proven to be effective. I like the fact that this ingredient works with the body's natural limits helping achieve muscle and strength. The Hormonal Ignition System part of the product looks good too. With Avena Sativa this will help lower cholesterol in the blood and increase stamina. The next ingredient, Rhodiola Rosea Extract seems good as well. Not only does this ingredient help with fat loss, will Reduce Stress, improve mental focus, and increase in physical condition. Extracts of rhodiola rosea have the capacity to activate hormone-sensitive lipase, thus increasing the breakdown of fat stored in adipole tissue. Lastly there is Vitex. This ingredient stimulates your pituitary gland to produce leutenizing hormone. One cool thing is that it helps with acne. This for any college student is a plus. An opportunity to test a supplement that contains all of these ingredients would be pretty amazing.
What I would like to see from the product.
It is the winter, and for me it is time to put on some weight. I started out at 148lbs. By using this product I would like to see weight increase as well as strength increase. Which with the ingredients in this product, it seems this isn't unreasonable. Answering your question, "Interested in getting harder?" Well for the double meaning of that question. The answer is Yes.
What YOU are looking for:
Experience--
I have been working out now for a little over a year. I never started lifting weights until my senior year of high school. Man I wish I got into it sooner, but better late than never. I've never had a coach or instructor to tell me what to do. Over the past yearish, I've learned to listen to my body. I know what works best for me. Over the summer I became serious about bodybuilding. I would look up information every day to try and discover new things. I still do till this day. Some new changes would be that I no longer eat fast food, I drink 2 gallons of water a day, and I eat every 2-3 hours. Many of my friends don't understand why I do this. I do it for me, no one else. I've made bodybuilding not a hobby, but a lifestyle change.
Reputation--
Amongst these boards, my reputation is beyond repute the best rank possible. (according to BB.com's rep system) I've been around since June 2008, (same time you signed up) and I plan on staying.
Proven consistency of posting/no life--
I have never had the opportunity to start a sponsored log. I do however have my workout journal and post in that daily. If you check my posts per day, it is around 15. When I'm not at school, lifting weights, or with my girlfriend, I am on this website. I used to be addicted to video games, but now that I lift weights I find myself on here all the time. I do not have any medical conditions or anything that would prevent me from keeping an up to date log.
If you have any other questions or need more information, just let me know. I'll be glad to answer..

Woah
Just looked up the Magnum Quattro 2lbs. Seems like a very good protein. High in protein(highest I've ever seen), low in carbs and fat. With 4 different sources of Isolate protein. This would be great to test as well =]
Edit: by highest protein I've seen, I mean in a 2lb tub. It has 33 Servings of 2 scoops. In each serving 60g of protein. That's 1,980 grams of protein!Last edited by gainweightnow; 11-24-2008 at 11:16 PM.

Why should you pick me?:
bc im a real stud!!!!
You should pick me for many different reasons!
for one I see how great of a company that is Magnum is and is becoming!
top quality guys and top quality products! which is why I have been VERY interested in the company and all the products and threads and such!
I work 50-55 hrs a week and am taking 17 credits this semester.
For starters I am very picky about what I spend my money on food wise and suppelement wise.I don't take a whole lot.I need to get a lot for my money and I need them to be super effective.
I took one look at the profile of ThrusT and Quattro and fell of my chair. You don't see too many companies throwing this much quality and thought into products like this.
I wish I could say I have no life, but I would be lying.I am very busy,I however take great pride in my commitments.I would not say I could do a good log for you guys if I could not.I would do a very good log for you guys and make sure for better or worse that all my daily thoughts and experiences would be out in the open for all to see!
************************************************** **
I would be a great choice for Tonic because while many still call me a baby,I am def not getting any younger. So a great T-booster would be awsome ! I rely on natural t-boosters as an extra boost during the day as well,I found a quality natural T booster can help give a pretty good edge in the gym and just in life.
I would LOVE to try Tonic because if some others did ok with this, looking at the profile this will do wonders! Pick me!! I am very serious about diet and training and will be looking to compete in early 09.
Consistent posting - make posts here & in the other Magnum threads regularly (there are tons of Magnum threads - show us you are serious about working with us)
I was into all the threads and the company as a whole before I knew of any promo.enough said!
thank you for the chance and good luck to everyone!
no matter who wins it will be a great score!

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !):
I started lifting in high school because of football, but I didn?t really ?know? what I was doing. I was always a strong and stocky kid for my size, but I never took lifting seriously. After I finished my final football season senior year, I decided to cut down. I still didn?t know what I was doing, and I lost ALL of my strength and size. Granted, I did get a killer six pack, but I looked far too skinny. This led to a mental complex of never wanting to lose my abs. It took me 2 years to get out of this ?skinny? frame of mind, where I calculated everything in and out of my body, and felt guilty when I tried to be somewhat normal. I was 130 lbs after I lose 30 lbs post football. Now, I am 180lbs (22lbs since june), much stronger, and much wiser. I have learned almost everything I know about this sport through experience. The most important thing I learned is that there is no ?right? way to get big. Everyone has to do it differently, and different things work for various individuals. I want to get a lot bigger than I am now, but I still have a long road ahead of me. My dedication is there. My determination is there. Most importantly, my focus is there. I love hitting the iron, and the gym is everything to me.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
I am currently on a Layne inspired split. Here is the basic layout:
Upper Power
Compound lifts for each upper body part ? 3x5
i.e. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...postcount=7659
Lower Power
Lower Compounds ? 3x5
i.e. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...postcount=7676
Off/Cardio
i.e. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...postcount=7689
Chest/Bis
10+reps x 12-16 sets per bp

i.e. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...postcount=7724
Off/Cardio
i.e. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...postcount=7730
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
I do cardio on off days, and 20 minutes of Incline walking post workout. One off day cardio session will be lower intensity (i.e. stepper) for 40 minutes. The other off day session will be some form of HIIT.
Current supplements (exact brand/product name):
Animal Pak
Animal Omega
Now Beta-Alanine
Scivation Xtend
Scivation Whey
ON Glycomaize
Primaforce Creaform
Betancourt Glutamine
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
Now that I am bulking I follow something similar to this:
10:00am
1 cup oats
1 scoop whey
2 whole eggs
1:00pm
40g protein
40g carbs
3:30pm

1 scoop Creatine mono
9:15pm
5oz Chicken breast
1 sweet potato

Protein = 275g +
Fat ~ 60g
