Well good news is i've dropped 4 lbs in 10 days, but i am having a problem. When I am benching, my left shoulder really start to hurt when I get near my max. I have been working on my form and have been watching stuff by Dave Tate. The only thing I can think of is maybe my left elbow is out a little farther than my right.
I do carry my son on my left a lot, but I started trying to even out the sides i carry on to see if that helps. Any ideas?

At the revolution school the other weekend a guy walked into the second classroom session late, sweating profusly, hair straight up with dirt all over him. He sat down, raised his hand and said: "please explain brake fade to me". -CSG @Corral.net

wattup cali.. checkin in finally. not trolling by.
PS. i would rather to see the lakers struggling now then the finals. it always seem as if they have such an easy series before, they will come in the next series all under perform, but if they are being challenged, they will come in the next series busting balls. Just my thought from being a lakers fan since the cedric ceballos, eddie jones, nick the quick, and elden campbell era. It frustrates me when i talk to so called lakers fans now and they dont know those names... so i guess they're band wagon fans... haha...
will make cali forum my home forum now. =)

When I lost the majority of my weight I was running 3 miles twice on some days. I have no clue how I did it lol
No clue. I have been doing pushups and stuff but nothing serious like I should.
I think I posted a pic of her ass before lolScheizekopf
