    Does Jack Swagger have that 'retarded' strength?

    Seriously though... you know how those kids that are retarded but grow up and can still drive a car and stuff... there was a guy I had at my bar that was like that. He did the cleaning for me... I paid him $8 an hour. I'm sure he had that retarded strength. I think with Jack Swagger's lisp and all he's probably a borderline retarded person and has superhuman strength or something to lead him to the ECW title.
