He suffered a heart attack and had surgery, and I give him a lot of credit for getting back to the sport when most would not bodybuild again
This sport is called bodybuilding and if we're not building our bodies, what is there to see? Shucks, you want to see some small symmetrical guys, then turn on the TV and watch Survivor or Fear Factor. -Ronnie Coleman

I really hope he takes care of himself. Competitive bodybuilding at the IFBB level, which Dim is at, can be very dangerous for someone who has already had a heart attack and (apparently) open chest surgery.

Glad to see him back and looking awesome. Fingers crossed he's fit and healthy, and stays that way.
Repped for the pics OP.''There’s this battle over waterboarding at places like Guantanamo Bay. I think that they should just say, “Hey, if you guys don’t talk, you have to see Hercules In New York.” I guarantee those guys would talk much faster. You don’t need to do waterboarding or anything else. That’s the ultimate threat.''

iam very supprised to see him back to prob his near best...when i saw the title of the post..NEW KRIS DIM PICS i thought they would show him looking really thin or somit so fair play too him...lets just hope he takes care of him self obviously he is still doin the odd cycle or two....but he is a pro and will have a good team watchin his health and although i was never his biggest fan it would be good to see him back on stage again soon, what an achievment that would be for someone who almost died well done kris.

He looks great! Amazing to see a comeback like that. There was somebody else who had a heart problem last year as well, I think I read it in flex.... anybody else know who I am talking about? Said he was back to training in like 2months full stride?

His tricep is way too overpowering in the side chest shot it takes away from everything else. All you see when you look at that pic is his tricep.
Spike92 is 15.
^ place this in your sig to remind the world that Spike92 is indeed 15 and will never be anything other than 15.
