Headache was due to a massive amount of burpees/ clap pushups / Dumbbell Swings / Rope Turns... I was feeling it.. I had trouble holding my spoon for my pwo meal after this workout.
Add an extra plate from last time you saw me
Best part about the T-bars, RAW, no T-bar, just bare hands. Grip it and Rip it.. Rest times were not a minute they were around 45 second tops.

- Lowered the weight and just wanted to practice form hence the 10 Sets of deads, Weight will come. It was very crowded due to it being the 1 year anniversary at the gym, so the camera was a no go.

10 sets of deads, followed by fronts! That's tough and I didn't even mention the RDL's that were after...GREAT WORKOUT! I like that you dropped the weight a bit on deads to work on form, form before ego always!

Its nice to be home, but there is always drama. Family problems have been around for quite some time, but its nice to get away from school since I had no class friday.
Volume was cut on some of the other isolations, that 3 exercises made up 80% of my workout.
Hope you had a great time at the O.
Intensity (225lbs) compared to 250 last week, yes i know it was a bit over the top, but I really need to get my form right before progressing forward.

Core is fine, I think I ate something bad yesterday, my stomach does not feel very well, and I had trouble sleeping the last two nights. I think I got a total of 7-8 hours combined.
It wont happen again, but I will get DL's on camera next week. I did a variety of DOH, Mixed, and Sumo Focusing on bringing my hips through the motion.

Always will be getting after it guys,
Today was one of the worst days of my life emotionally, I do not want to get into specifics, But I had a really had time driving back to college without pulling over every 20 minutes and calling back home.
Things are continually getting worse on the home front, But i have to put it behind me and keep pushing forward. The stress is sometimes overwhelming, but I want to think things will eventually get better on its own.
